Kyle and I had plans to get out of the house to join our friends for a mystery dinner show on Saturday night. Mema came over to babysit Jack. Kyle and I haven't had an evening away from Jack for over 5 months. It's been a while...
I nursed Jack and put him to bed at 6PM (a good two hours before he normally is put to bed). We weren't too sure if he would stay asleep because it was earlier than normal, but he barely napped all day, and I had hope. We got back home around 11PM, and success(!), he was still asleep! The kid continued to sleep soundly all the way until 7:30 in the morning the next day...do the math...that's 13+ hours peopl!
Jack is the coolest kid I know...and he's my son.
